Who we are
Murrieta Service Pros operates https://murrieta.inlandservicepros.com and is part of the Inland Service Pros network. We connect Murrieta homeowners with local service providers. We are not a contractor and we do not carry out the work.
What we collect
When you submit a service request we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your address or neighborhood and ZIP, your description of the problem, and any contact preferences you give us. We also collect ordinary web server information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
What we do with it
Your request is forwarded to the service providers who cover your area and the trade you selected. That forwarding is the whole reason the form exists. Those providers then contact you directly.
We also use it to respond to you, and to keep the site working and secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties. Your details go to the providers matched to your request, and to the service vendors who host our site and deliver our email on our behalf. That is all.
Providers are separate businesses
Once your details reach a provider, that provider handles them under its own privacy practices, and we do not control what it does with them. If that matters to you, ask them directly before sharing anything further.
Retention
We keep request records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect what we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This service is directed at adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The revised version applies from the date it is posted, and the date above will change.
