What this service is

Murrieta Service Pros connects homeowners with independent local service providers. We are not a contractor, we do not perform the work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Costs, and how the service is funded

There is no charge to you for submitting a request or being matched with a provider. You pay the provider directly for any work, at a price agreed between you and them, and we do not take a commission on the job.

Disclosure of a material connection: service providers pay Murrieta Service Pros a fixed periodic fee to receive requests in a given trade and service area. That fee is not tied to the number of requests sent, to the value of any job, or to whether you engage a provider at all.

What we verify, and what we do not

• We verify that providers hold the license required for their trade and carry insurance before joining the network.
• We do not perform criminal background checks on providers or their employees, and we make no representation that we do.
• We do not supervise, inspect or guarantee any work performed.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that you will be contacted within any particular time, or that any quote will be acceptable to you. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness or safety of work performed by a provider.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information in your request. Satisfy yourself about any provider before allowing work to begin, and confirm their license, insurance and quote in writing. You are free to decline any provider for any reason.

Disputes with a provider

Any dispute over work performed, pricing or conduct is between you and the provider. We will pass on serious complaints and may remove a provider from the network, but we cannot redo work, arbitrate a dispute or issue a refund for work we did not perform and were not paid for.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murrieta Service Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by a provider, from the acts or omissions of any provider, or from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
